Haskell “Buzz” Boggs
Cameraman
About This Interview
Haskell “Buzz” Boggs (1908-2003) was interviewed for three hours (in two sessions) in Los Angeles, CA. Boggs talked about his love of cameras, his early years spent at Paramount Studios, his shift to "Bonanza" - television's first color show on film and the first show shot on a studio lot. He spoke fondly of the nearly four decades he worked with Michael Landon, from "Bonanza" to "Little House on the Prairie," and "Highway to Heaven." The two-part interview was conducted by Kent McCray on June 25, 1997 and March 25, 1998.
